These terms apply to the GoGreen247 marketplace website and the GoGreen247 apps for iOS and Android, run by Go Green Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the marketplace you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. The details you give us, including your name, company and contact information, must be true. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app or your profile on the website.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour of any kind. You must not post, send or upload anything, whether in a listing, an enquiry message or an attachment, that:
Listings are reviewed by our team before they are published. Any listing can be reported from its page, and any enquiry conversation from its menu. You can also block another user, after which neither of you can message the other. We review every report within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or close the account of anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, specifications, photos and prices. An enquiry or a submitted cart is a request for information or a quotation, not a purchase. The marketplace takes no payments; any sale is agreed between the buyer and the seller, or with our sales team, outside the app.
We provide the marketplace and moderate it, but unless a listing is sold by Go Green Group itself, we are not a party to a sale between a buyer and a seller. Inspect machinery and confirm terms before you commit to a purchase.
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the marketplace after a change means you accept it. Questions or reports can be sent to info@gogreen247.com. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
